It all started with two dogs.

Leading with kindness and patience, I capture soulful portraits of all dogs – from shy and reactive to the goofy and outgoing – because they all deserve to be seen.

With over 10 years of combined experience working with rescue and reactive dogs, I approach each session by meeting dogs exactly where they feel safe and comfortable.

My goal is to highlight their unique personalities – the little moments and quirks that often only their people know – and bring them to light.

Hi, I’m Sarah!

I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember (some might even say I’m dog obsessed).

I grew up in a house full of five dogs and spent countless afternoons tagging along with my mom at her job as a veterinary clinic manager.

That early start led me to work with shelters, rescues, and veterinary companies over the years — building experience, love, and a deep understanding of dogs, their behavior, and how to meet every unique pup exactly where they are.

Today, I share my life with two wonderful dogs of my own, Goose and Darla, who are more like my kids than pets.

But, as a reactive dog owner, I know how isolating it can feel.

You see dogs at breweries or parks who seem “perfect,” and wonder if you’re the only one struggling.

But here’s the truth: you’re not — and having a “difficult” dog doesn’t make them any less deserving of joy, love, and celebration.

That’s why I created Everydog Photography.

My mission is to create a safe, inclusive space for ALL dogs — whether they’re shy, reactive, goofy, senior, or full of boundless energy.

With patience, kindness, and creativity, I capture the spirit that makes each pup special, giving their humans lasting memories to treasure forever.
